UNC Health Wayne is proud to offer mammograms, education, support and early detection services. To schedule a mammogram, please complete the form below.  If you are experiencing any problems with your breasts, you will need a physician order for a diagnostic mammogram and should not use this online form for scheduling. Please fill out the form below to request days/times for your mammogram. 

Patients will generally have their mammogram completed within one hour or less. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out the necessary paperwork. A member of our Radiology Team will contact you to confirm your appointment time.

Note: Mammography Patient Parking and Entrance has been moved to the MRI parking lot instead of the patient entrance. This allows mammography patients a separate waiting area and added convenience.

Directions to Your Mammogram Appointment

To provide a positive experience for our patients, parking and registration for mammography has moved to the Wayne MRI parking lot.

  • Use the Emergency Department entrance and take the first left to Wayne MRI parking
  • Follow the signs and park in Wayne MRI lot
  • Enter through the Wayne MRI entrance for fast, convenient check-in
