The midwives of UNC OBGYN would like to invite you to join us for Childbirth Education Classes in preparation for your upcoming delivery! We will cover topics on writing a birth plan, labor expectations, pain management options, pushing and delivery positions, induction, cesarean delivery, newborn assessment, screening, and medications as well as postpartum care of yourself and your baby. Classes are from 10am - 2pm. Feel free to bring your drinks and snacks and wear your comfy clothes. Don't forget to bring a support person as well!
